Pfeiffer Joins Pine in Welcome to People

Michelle Pfeiffer has joined Chris Pine, Elizabeth Banks and Olivia Wilde in the family drama Welcome to People.
The movie designates the directorial debut of Alex Kurtzman, who penned the script with writing/producing partner Roberto Orci and Jody Lambert.
Pfeiffer will portray the mother a young businessman, (Pine), who returns home after his estranged father's sudden death only to discover a surprising family secret -- that he has an older sister (Banks) he never knew about and a young nephew. Wilde will portray the girlfriend of Pine's character.
Shooting of the film begins this month.
