George Clooney looks yummy in The American movie trailer.

The movie is directed by Anton Corbijn. I saw Corbijn’s work on the movie Control, so I am excited about this one, too.

I believe, Corbijn is a photographer as well, which explains the cool angles and the arial shot of the car on the winding road.

The American opens in movie theaters September 1, 2010.
