Holofcener's New Film (LINK)

The movie focuses on a woman (Keener) and her husband (Platt) who live next door to an elderly woman whose New York apartment the couple owns. Keener and her husband essentially are waiting for the elderly woman to die so they can reclaim the apartment but run into interference from -- and then form a relationship with -- the woman's granddaughters (Peet and Hall.)
The movie is set in and will be filmed in New York where Holofcener's "Walking and Talking" was fiilmed, too.
