Everwood 2nd Season is Here

I am discovering the joys of watching television shows on DVD -- it beats the commercials. The only hard point is waiting for a TV series to be available on DVD.
Take Everwood Second Season came out last month and well worth the wait. Here’s my reasoning why I like TV shows on DVD, I had the second season pack sitting in my office and it took me forever to watch the TV show because I am so busy with work and being a mom. But, you know, I am glad I watched it.
I rediscovered Treat Williams. He started in film and is now Andrew Brown of Everwood. I am in love with Treat Williams. Ever since I saw him in the movie musical Hair, he has always been my Claude. Treat Williams being so talented, I often wondered why he never achieved great success in film. Well, now I am disabused of that notion because he stars in Everwood as Dr. Andrew Brown and is genuine man through and through.
The second season DVD set of Everwood is a 6-disc set running 968 minutes or 22 hour-long episodes in marvelous widescreen.
The series is for the whole family with a nice touch of comic timing, which we sure can use these days.
Special features include a warm introduction by Andy Brown and 40 minutes of deleted scenes.
