Mike Nichols Set for Deep Water

I am very excited about Mike Nichols taking on Deep Water as director. The movie is based on a 1957 novel of the same title by Patricia Highsmith.
Highsmith is known for her other thrillers such as Strangers on a Train and The Talented Mr. Ripley. In Deep Water, a couple in a loveless marriage hangs on through an odd arrangement in which the husband allows the wife to take lovers. Mystery and suspense builds as those lovers start mysteriously dying.
I am looking forward to finding out how Nichols will cast the film.
