Titans Win Friday's Box Office

Sam Worthington fights his way through yet another 3D movie, Clash of the Titans. The movie opened with an estimated $28.5 million on Friday. The closest movie behind Titans is the comedy Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married Too? from Lionsgate. The Tyler Perry and Janet Jackson starrer collected an estimated $12.2 million.
Another 3D movie, How To Train Your Dragon, placed third, taking in an estimated $11 million. The Miley Cyrus starrer, The Last Song, from Disney earned an estimated $7 million at fourth. Another Disney movie Alice In Wonderland took the fifth spot with an estimated $3.0 million.
