5-minute First-Look Clip For Barry Munday

I have seen my share of raunchy movies that are meant to be funny but are not funny. Barry Munday is raunchy but hilarious. The movie opened at SXSW on March 13, 2010 at the Paramount. I wish I could have been there to see it, but that is a rare delight for me. There is an all-star cast and you will see some familiar faces as you watch this clip.
Patrick Wilson, aka Barry Munday himself, commented about working on an indie versus big movie like Watchmen as Night Owl:
One of the biggest differences between shooting a studio film versus an indie is time, or the lack thereof in smaller pictures. While having days to shoot a scene is a luxury, there's actually a real adrenaline rush in having to knock out a large scene by lunch. In my experience, both Hard Candy and Barry benefitted several times from having to finish scenes quickly. With Barry, we were blessed that Chris D'Arienzo had a real vision to let scenes play out in one or two angles...which doesn't happen in most comedies today.
