Avatar Preview Tickets On Sale Monday

Free movie tickets to a 16-minute trailer of the long-awaited James Cameron movie Avatar will be available online starting Monday, August 17.
Cameron's first dramatic feature since 1997 stars Sigourney Weaver as a mentor to Sam Worthington, a Marine crashing landing on a planet 200 years in the future.
The extra-long trailer of the sci-fi action flick hits 101 IMAX location across the U.S. and Canada on August 21.
While the trailer features a large amount of Avatar footage already shown to a lucky few at this year's Comic-Con 2009, it includes an on-camera intro by the Oscar-winning director and several new scenes.
Science Fiction fans will be wildly clicking for free preview tickets, they'll be given away at first-come, first-served basis when you visit the Avatar website (www.avatarmovie.com) at noon PST Monday.
You can catch the trailer online Thursady, August 20, 2009 as well for the teaser trailer. The James Cameron film opens in theaters on December 18.
